On Win10 some of the free bundled games has to be uninstalled to work properly for some obscure reason. In the past Ghost is prefered choice for this type of job, but is now discontinued and doesn't work very well with more modern PCs with UEFI architecture. These have a 64Gb SSD drive which I think is part of the motherboard, and just one USB port and SD card slot. I can't do this over the network as these don't have an ethernet port for PXE type deployment. Question is, I want to rebuild one of these with a bare metal install of Win10 and install a few free apps and some of the electronics tutorial software then clone one and roll out to the others. Some may quibble this, but I've done this among plenty of other PCs in recent years. I know that Win10 home edition will work on these using the embedded licence key, as Microsoft still provides a free Win8 to 10 upgrade path. They are not bad for what they are, but three of them are running flakey, and are using the original factory image supplied by Asus. These run Windows 8.1 and are not connected to the domain. Our science department teaching electronics using 10x small Asus Transformer tablets which look like netbooks with a detachable keyboard. We are a school, and most of our PCs are on a normal Windows domain.
